where do you ship from? where do you ship to?
- I am based in the US.
- Currently, I ship domestically with USPS and internationally with USPS, Asendia, or UPS.
- I can ship to all countries not currently on the USPS suspension list.
- Customers are responsible for handling tariffs, customs fees, VAT fees, or any other kinds of additional fees. Sorry!
when will you ship my order?
- I ship orders weekly. Orders will arrive within 1-4 weeks of the ship date.
- Information on preordered items' ship dates can be found on the preorders page.
tracking?
- You can choose between tracked & insured or untracked shipping at checkout. Please note that only tracked & insured items can be refunded.

- For domestic delivery issues, please contact USPS directly.
- If you believe your item has been lost, contact me within 30 days, and I will try to file a Missing Mail Search or insurance claim if it is a tracked item. I unfortunately cannot compensate untracked items.
- If your item is damaged and you purchased insurance, email me at [email protected] with your order number and proof of damage, with pictures of the damaged item, the outer packaging and the shipping label, and the inner packaging. I will either partially/fully refund your item, replace your item, or file a claim to the shipping company, depending on the situation and whether or not I have extra stock.
- If you received an incorrect item, email me at [email protected] with pictures of what you received, and I will provide a partial/full refund or replacement based on the error and whether or not I have extra stock.
- If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact me at [email protected] as soon as possible.
- If the order has already been shipped and has been returned, I can ship it to you, but there will be extra shipping fees.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED! Refunds and replacements are only offered if you select tracking & insurance at checkout!
